Accountancy services: We help to process quarterly returns and to maintain the books. We can submit those returns on behalf to relevant authorities. We help to deduct tax from employees, to prepare quarterly accounts, management accounts, prepare partnership soldceda and limited company accounts in accordance with the SECP regulation and accounting rules.
Internal audit services: We offer structure audit, mandatory audit on AdHock basis. Our consultant will attend our clients office once a week and try to study, maintain and improve the system.
Taxation – Planning & Consultation: Every business wants to have efficient and cost effective tax planning. We help them to pay the right amount of tax and therefore tax planning could be done for sales tax, POIE for income tax, for corporation tax and for inheritance tax and finally for capital king tax. So these are the taxations which do require in-depth planning for any business. This service we will provide in order to assist to maintain their compliance with the FBR and to achieve their goals to save the tax.
Management consultancy:We help to prepare monthly , quarterly, yearly management accounts, cash flow forecast, budgeting in order to make correct business decisions.
Business Planning & Advisory: We advise on acquiring a premises, leasing issues, marketing issues, IT related issues. Also we offer financial services in a sense helping clients to open a bank account, to approach banks to get overdraft facilities, to get business loans, to get leasing facilities and so on. We play our role as medium or mediator between the bank and the client. And our intention is to help businesses with their finance, cash flows and it also includes invoicing debt which the bank can lend us on our client money against the invoices they raise.
